As open, and occasionally outrageously outspoken, as I am about many things, there are some I have a hard time expressing – particularly if I think I will be disappointing someone else’s desires (in all areas of my life, including the intimate ones).
Call it a dichotomy of personality – confidence on one hand and feelings that are easily hurt on the other, so I assume everyone else feels the same way.
Never been able to successfully blend the two into a fully workable union.
Or maybe it is just a girl thing, seeking subtlety when there is none. Boys are just so much better at black and white.
